  3. Ya hervidos los ingredientes, los pelamos y picamos los vegetales en dados gruesos y los huevos en rodajas(no muy finas). Se ponen todos los ingredientes en un envase adecuado para la cantidad de vegetales ,agregar sal al gusto,el vinagre con todo y cebolla y las 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
