- Paté negro la piara
- Queso para fundir

- A continuación rellenamos los canelones con la masa y los colocamos encima.
- Hacemos bechamel. Yo pongo una cucharada sopera de mantequilla y 2 de harina. Sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Y vamos añadiendo leche hasta que quede líquido pero consistente.
- Echamos la bechamel por encima de los canelones y le ponemos queso.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180° y los metemos 10 min y 5 min a gratinar. Y a disfrutar!!!!!
