- Salpimentar las alitas y ponerlos a dorar en una cazuela con un poco de aceite. Pica la cebolla y añadir
- Retirar la cazuela del fuego y echamos el brandy y flambeamos. Añadimos la guindilla.
- Añadimos, zumo (la cantidad es orientativa), la salsa barbacoa y guisamos a fuego bajo durante 25 minutos.
- Retiramos las alitas y ponemos en una fuente de horno y vertemos la salsa encima y horneamos con grill a 200° 10-15 minutos
- Hacemos las guarniciones, si usáis la receta original mazorca de maíz en sartén con un chorrito de aceite y un poco de mantequilla. Yo corté el calabacín en rodajas, lo salé y lo dejé durante 30 minutos reposar, después pasé por huevo y harina y freír. Después hice unas patatas paja (cortar la patata en rodajas muy finas y después en tiras también finas)...
- Sacar las alitas del horno y colar la salsa (se puede servir perfectamente sin hacerlo pero a mí me gusta más así). Adornar con perejil picado, emplatar y a zampar!!!
