- 200 gr Garbanzos Lechoso
- 1/5 kg Acelgas
- 2 trocitos pan
- 5 ajos
- 2 cucharadas Pimentón Dulce de La Vera
- Aove
- Sal
Instructions to make to make Garbanzos con Acelgas 🍃
- Ponemos la noche anterior 200 gr de garbanzos a remojar, yo suelo hacerlo con agua caliente y sal. Ponemos en una olla exprés los garbanzos junto con el agua que estuvo en remojo toda la noche.
- Dejamos que vaya calentándose y le echamos una cucharada de Aove. Mientras va calentándose cortamos las acelgas. Solo nos quedaremos con las hojas.
- Cuando terminemos echaremos las hojas a puñaditos en la olla, como sabéis abulta mucho (No cerraremos aún la olla porque sería un peligro.) dejaremos que vaya reduciendo su tamaño hasta pasado unos minutos como veis en la foto. Ya podremos cerrar nuestra olla, a partir de escuchar la válvula la dejamos unos 20 minutos.
- Pasado esos 20 minutos abrimos, y reservamos.Podemos empezar hacer el majado. En una sartén con 2 cucharada de Aove, fríe los 2 trozos de pan y los ajos. Pasamos por una batidora con un poco del caldo de la cocción, y echamos a la olla con los garbanzos y acelgas.
- En el mismo aceite donde hicimos los ajos y el pan, echamos las 2 cucharadas de pimentón dulce, tenemos que tener cuidado de que no se nos queme, así que mejor hacerlo con el fuego ya apagado, pero sin tener el aceite frío. Removemos y a la olla.
- Ponemos al fuego la olla integrando todo! Dejamos unos 10 minutos cocinandose.
- Pasado esos 10 minutos ya podemos servir y disfrutar!!! Espero que os guste 🤤🤤🍃🍃🍃
