- 1 Cebolla
- 2 Zanahorias grandes
- 1 puñado Hojas Verdes, utilicé Achicoria
- 1 Pimiento Rojo
- 1 Botecito Maíz Dulce (150 gr)
- al gusto Sal, Pimienta y Tomillo molido
- Aceite al gusto, utilicé Vidalim® Aurum

- Si tenéis los Garbanzos Secos: Los pondremos en remojo con 1 Cucharada de Bicarbonato la noche antes. Al día siguiente los lavaremos y cocinaremos con Sal y Laurel en Olla rápida durante 8-10 minutos (cada olla tiene su tiempo). Dejaremos enfriar. --- Si tenéis Garbanzos en Conserva: Los escurrimos de su salmuera, los lavamos y volvemos a dejar escurrir. Reservar.
