- Relleno : Rehogar la cebolla picada con un poco de aceite y agregar la ricota cocinar unos minutos y apartar. Agregar el jamón picado, el pollo picado y queso rallado. Condimentar con sal y condimentos a gusto. Si se desea al rehogar la cebolla agregar ajo picado.
- Salsa Blanca: colocar la manteca en recipiente sobre el fuego y cuando comienza a derretir agregar la harina mezclando rápidamente con batidor y enseguida adicionar la leche batir hasta que rompa hervor y espese.Condimentar
- Armado : colocar relleno y un pedazo de queso cremoso en cada panqueque y enrollar. Disponer en una fuente para horno un poco de salsa Blanca en la base y colocar los canelones. Cubrí con salsa Blanca, queso cremoso y queso rallado llevar al horno y gratinar
