Cuando falten 5 minutos para apartar, introduce los lomos de bacalao previamente enharinados y deja cocinar 5 minutos más también a fuego lento (procura que se queden bajo el caldo. Te puedes ayudar de un cucharón para hacerlo).
  6. Sirve decorado con huevo cocido a trocitos (nosotros usamos medio huevo para cada uno, pero podéis usar uno entero. Eso ya va en gustos).
  7. Nota: si os gusta caldoso, podéis añadirle más caldo al echar el bacalao.
