- Por último echamos las judías, removemos y dejamos unos breves minutos, batimos los huevos y cuando se doren las patatas echamos todo en el huevo
- Devolvemos a la sartén y dejamos que se vaya haciendo por debajo, le damos la vuelta y dejamos que se haga a nuestro gusto
- La pasamos a un plato y dejamos que baje un poco la temperatura antes de cortarla
