Comprobamos la sal, ya que como la soja es salada hasta este momento que ya está todo integrado no le echo, si vemos que esta soso le pondremos un poco, si vemos que con la soja ya queda bien no añadimos nada. (* Si eres hipertenso y ves que necesita algo le pondremos un poco de pimienta negra en polvo en lugar de sal). Dejamos enfriar por completo.

Procedemos a hacer los rollitos, sacamos una hoja de masa filo, la doblamos  1/3 de su tamaño, en la parte doble pondremos la mezcla de carne y verduras que habíamos dejado enfriar, doblamos como en las imágenes y las vamos colocando en una bandeja de horno a la que habremos puesto papel de horno en la base para que no se peguen. Vamos haciendo el mismo proceso hasta que se nos termine el relleno o la masa filo.
  5. Encendemos el horno a 200 grados. Con un pincel y un poco de AOVE pincelamos los rollitos y los metemos en el horno durante 10 minutos calor arriba y abajo, o hasta que veamos que la masa filo está dorada sin llegar a quemarse.
    Servimos y aderezamos con salsa agridulce.
