  2. Tras 1h30min de cocción añadimos todas las verduras y los garbanzos. Durante 30 min
  3. Probamos el caldo y rectificamos de sal, si es necesario, hasta entonces no se le echa nada de sal. Entre el hueso Waldo y el trozo de jamón debería ser suficiente. Aún así rectificamos al gusto.
  4. Cocemos durante 30 minutos más, hasta que la zanahoria y la patata, que necesitan más cocción, estén tiernos.
  5. Una vez cocido todo separamos caldo del preparado. En este caso hemos hecho unos fideos con el caldo. Hemos cogido sólo una pequeña porción de lo utilizado, ón el resto hemos hecho otra receta. Os la redactaremos en otra receta
