- La terminar la masa nos tiene que quedar pegajosa (porque a la hora de romper la masa, este proceso va a ser mucho más fácil). Una vez terminada la masa la ponemos en la olla y esperamos a que se endurezca un poco.
- Una vez que se endurecio, con un palo de madera comenzamos a romper la masa, esto va a llevar bastante tiempo así que preparen los brazos
- Una vez terminado todo, nos debería de quedar así, o más arenoso eso es a gusto de cada uno y para saber si ya está hecho es cuestión de agarra una pelotita y partirla para saber si se cocino bien o no.
- El reviro con matecocido. Es rico también, nos servimos una taza de matecocido y un platito de reviro, a este lo agarramos con una cuchara y la hundimos en el matecocido y comemos.
- El reviro con cebolla y bondiola. Es solo cuestión de picar cebolla y dorarla con el aceite, luego le agregamos la bondiola ya salada y una vez hecho lo mezclamos con el reviro
