  2. 1 kilo patata pelada y cortada
  3. 600 gr menestra de patata-zanahoria-guisante
  4. 150 gr mayonesa

  7. 6 pepinillos en vinagre
  8. 100 gr jamón de york (en lonchas finas)

  1. Ponemos la patata a hervir durante unos 30 minutos. Una vez cocida, colamos para retirar toda el agua. Salpimentar al gusto, añadir una cucharada de aceite de oliva y machacar todo con un tenedor. Dejar enfriar.
  2. Ponemos a hervir la menestra. En esta receta la hemos hecho nosotros con 200 gr de zanahoria cortada a dados pequeños, 200 gr de dados de patata y 200 gr de guisantes congelados. Hervimos por 20 minutos aprox. Después colamos y dejar enfriar.
  3. Cortar las aceitunas y los pepinillos (reservamos 2-3 aceitunas de cada, que cortamos por la mitad y guardamos para la presentación).
  4. Picamos finos dos de los 3 huevos cocidos. El tercero lo guardamos para decorar.
  5. Cortamos a daditos pequeños el jamón de york.
  6. En un bol, mezclamos la menestra, los 2 huevos cortados, las aceitunas y pepinillos, el jamón y el atún. Removemos bien.
  7. Preparamos el molde. Yo he utilizado un molde rectangular de horno, y lo he forrado por dentro con film (facilita el desmolde). Cogemos las patatas machacadas y cubrimos fondo y paredes con una capa de 1 cm aprox.
  8. Vamos mezclando el contenido del bol con la mayonesa, y vamos haciendo capas en el molde: 3 capa y 2 filas de pimientos en el medio. Finalmente cubrimos parte de arriba con la patata que nos sobraba del paso anterior.
  9. Cubrimos y enrollamos bien el molde con film, y guardar a la nevera. Lo desmoldaremos unos 20-30 minutos antes de servir.
  10. Decoración: rallamos el huevo, cortamos los pimientos en tiras y recuperamos las medias aceitunas. Primero recubrimos el pastel con la mayonesa, y después ponemos los ingredientes de forma original.
  11. Ya podemos hacer porciones y servir!
