  18. 3 patatas cortadas en cubos

  1. La noche anterior marinamos el pollo troceado con un diente de ajo picado, un trozo de jengibre picado, 1 cucharada sopera de yogurt natural descremado y la mitad de la mezcla de especias:
    1 cucharada de sal
    ½ cuch de pimienta
    ½ cuch de comino en polvo
    ½ cuch de pimentón o paprika
    ½ cuch de cúrcuma
    ½ de cilantro picado
    ½ de cardamomo picado
    ½ mostaza seca
    ½ de cayena picada

  2. En una olla algo grande freímos un poco el pollo con un chorrito de aceite. Reservamos.
  3. En la misma olla y aprovechando los restos del pollo pochamos la cebolla, el ajo, la patata y la zanahoria picadas. La patata en dados no muy grandes
  4. Pasados unos 5 minutos añadimos una cucharada de pasta de tomate y mezclamos bien. Agregamos ahora el tomate triturado y el caldo. Mezclamos bien y llevamos a ebullición. Incorporamos el pollo ya cocinado, mezclamos bien todo y dejamos cocinando a fuego no muy fuerte pero que burbujee todo, 30 minutos.
  5. Mientras se cocina el pollo con la salsa vamos preparando el arroz.
  6. Una vez pasado el tiempo, agregamos al pollo dos cucharadas de yogurt descremado, mezclamos y mantenemos caliente hasta servir.
    Para servir emplatamos junto con un poco arroz y adornamos como mejor podamos (yogurt, cilantro, menta...)
