- Es una comida que se hace en capas, no se revuelve y se condimenta con sal y pimienta en cada capa. No pasarse c los condimentos. Todo preparado y cortado
- Ponemos oliva en cacerola y 1ro la capa de zanah. Sal y pimienta. Cocinar unos minutos
- 2da capa: cebollas verdeo y morrón. Sal y pimienta. Cocinamos un poco
- 3ra capa: papas rociadas c limón. Sal y pimienta. Cocinar 15’
- 4ta capa: filet. Sal pimienta
- 5ta capa: tomates, orégano sal pimienta pimentón ahumado. Por encima orégano o cilantro.Chorro oliva y vaso de vino. NO REVOLVER
- Cocinar 30’ cacerola tapada y después destapar hasta que las papas estén tiernas
