- Sacar la bandeja con las patatas del horno, colocar la trucha encima y regar con un chorreón de vino blanco. Llevar al horno durante 25-30 min a 180° sin ventilador, calor arriba y abajo.
- Una vez esté el pescado, partir y servir.
