- 1 kg carne picada
- 250 grs salchicha parrillera (opcional)
- 2 cebollas grandes
- 1 morrón rojo mediano
- 3 dientes ajo
- 1 botella tomate triturado
- Hongos secos un 30 gr (opcional)
- 100 CC Vino tinto o blanco o Jerez
- al gusto Sal, pimienta, orégano, pimentón y ají molido
- Masa
- 300 grs harina 000
- 3 huevos
- 1 cucharadita sal
- Armado
- 300 grs Muzzarella

- Primero picamos la cebolla y el morrón chiquitos y lo colocamos en una olla con un chorrito de aceite y rehogamos. Cuando está transparente la cebolla, agregar el ajo. Dejar un par de minutos a fuego medio y agregar la carne picada. Mezclar y dejar a fuego medio hasta que la carne cambie de color. En ese momento, agregar el vino y esperar algunos minutos hasta que ya no se huela el alcohol. En ese momento agregar el tomate, salpimentar y poner los condimentos a gusto.
- Cuando rompe el hervor, bajar el fuego al mínimo y agregar la salchicha cortada en trocitos y los hongos bien lavados. Dejar cocinar por 30 minutos a fuego bajo revolviendo de tanto en tanto. Pasado ese tiempo, probar si hay que ajustar la sal y reservar.
- Mientras la salsa se va cocinando, voy preparando la masa. En un bol poner la harina con la sal, mezclar bien y agregar los huevos. Amasar bien. Es una masa bastante rígida. Dejar descansar la masa en el bol enharinado por lo menos, 30 minutos, para que se relaje y sea más fácil de trabajar. Pasado ese tiempo, estirar bien fina y cortar en rectángulos de 6 por 12 más o menos.
- En un olla con agua hirviendo, colocar los rectángulos 2 minutos, no más. Retirar y reservar
- Armado: colocar en la fuerte que irá al horno, un poco de salsa (poquito, sólo para humectar la masa) y cubrir con los rectángulos, luego poner salsa y luego masa y así sucesivamente hasta hacer 4 capas. En esta última capa poner la muzzarella y finalmente salsa. Llevar a horno medio precalentado por 30 minutos.. servir con un poco de queso rallado y a disfrutar!!
