  4. Cuando empiecen a estar transparentes, añadimos el romero, el orégano, el pimentón y el vino.
  5. Llevamos a ebullición para que la salsa reduzca un poco e incorporamos la pasta.
  6. Tapamos el wok, para que no sea necesario añadirle agua. Y dejamos cocer de 8 a 10 minutos, hasta que la pasta esté al dente (removiendo de vez en cuando). Una vez la pasta esté hecha, retiramos la hoja de laurel.
  7. Servimos con abundante queso curado de oveja recién rallado, y orégano —al gusto—.
