- Con el zapallo vacío es hora de rellenar agregar la mozzarella en cubos. Después el relleno y luego mozzarella nuevamente.
- En el último tiene que quedar mozzarella agregar 1 huevo y parmesano. Por 30 minutos al horno fuego medio. Junto a las salchichas parrilleras. Retirar decorar con verdeo picado y servir.
