  5. Trocear las patatas. Cuando hierve el caldo las añades junto con el azafrán en polvo. Sazona con sal. Para que quede con sustancia o más gelatinoso, añadí la cococha de la merluza y la aleta del rape.
  6. Ahora realizas una picada con las almendras, avellanas, ajo perejil, sal y pan frito. Añádele 2 cucharones de caldo del guiso. Reservalo.
  7. Con la merluza limpia de espinas y el rape troceado lo añades al guiso. Dejas tapado 5 minuto a fuego medio. Soltara agua el pescado. ((Yo tenía unas gambas y almejas y se las he añadido junto con el pescado)).
  8. Por último añades la picada. Ya puedes servirlo 😘
