Agregamos la patata y cocinamos 5 minutos. Mientras pelamos y troceamos las berenjenas y las agregamos a la cazuela, rehogamos durante 5 minutos.
  3. Agregamos 3 vasos de agua y llevamos a ebullición, entonces agregamos la pastilla de caldo de pollo desmenuzada y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio durante 25-30 minutos, hasta que la patata esté.
  4. Retiramos del fuego y trituramos bien todo para que no nos queden grumos. Añadimos la nata y volvemos a triturar para que se integre todo.
  5. Llevamos la cazuela de nuevo al fuego y cocinamos a fuego medio unos 15 minutos.
