Primero rehogar en un chorrito de aceite la cebolla picada y el morrón con el ajo también! Luego que tomó color agregar la carne para que también tome algo de color y sabor! Mientras hacemos eso pelar y picar la verduras(la papa en rodajas más finas el boniato que les quede más grueso)
- Luego que la carne se doro de ambos lados poner las verduras y la salsa(no usé todo el litro solo la mitad). Salar y condimentar bien agregar el caldo de verduras y cocinar a fuego medio bajo con la cacerola tapada!
- Ir mirando y revolviendo cada tanto ver si se necesita más líquido agregar más salsa o un poco de agua! No demora mucho en cocinarse porque la carne está picada fina en cuánto esté la papa estará listo todo! Probar de sabor y en caso que sea necesario corregir siempre es mejor una salsa bien sabrosa y no desabrida cuánto más se condimente más rico queda todo! Cuando pinchen la papa y esté tierna apagar el fuego y estará listo! El aroma es exquisito 😋
